The holiday season is upon us! The holidays are a great time to reach your customers and remind them to add your store to their holiday errand list. Here are a few tips to help get your holiday digital marketing working for you:

1. Update your website
   Feature seasonal products, brands, and services on your website’s homepage. If you have holiday hours, post them prominently on your website so that your customers can find the information quickly. 
2. Send seasonally themed email campaigns and social media posts
   Remind your customers where your store fits into their holiday agenda. Whether you’re aiming to be the go-to place for buying gifts, seasonal decorating, or prepping for the in-laws, its a good idea to include a seasonal spin to your digital marketing efforts.

3. Promote your in-store deals online
   Your customers are undoubtedly going to be doing a lot of shopping over the holiday season, and they’re likely to be doing some online comparison shopping as well. By making your discounts available for your customers to explore before they come into your store, you’ll be more likely to make a larger sale at the register. If you have a digital version of your in-store deals posted on your website, create email and social marketing campaigns that allow users to click back to your website and learn more about the products and services you offer, your store hours, and where you are located. 
4. Send out a coupon
   In case you haven’t noticed, the holidays are full of bargains and deals, as retailers compete for consumers’ attention. Sending your customers a coupon may encourage them to come into your store instead of going somewhere else to make their purchases. When selecting a coupon offer, think about something that will incentivize your customers to come into your store and encourage them to make larger purchases at the register, while also remaining cost effective.
