We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager who enjoys customer service and helping people.
You will be working with our current clients, managing their digital marketing strategies and making sure clients are happy.
This position allows for a Hybrid working arrangement.
This role is heavily focused on customer service, client communication, retention, upsells of services and marketing strategy.
The person best qualified for this role will have experience in digital marketing to include SEO, Google PPC (Pay Per Click) Advertising, Social Media and Programmatic Advertising. A working knowledge of Wordpress is a plus.
You are the face of the company for the client and are expected to develop solid ongoing relationships with clients of every size. This is done through prompt response to inquiries and proactive outreach to clients. At the same time, the Account Manager is expected to be looking for opportunities for an upsell of services that makes sense for the client's goals and handle them directly.
- Respond to client requests as they are received and notify clients when their tasks are complete.
- Create tasks for appropriate team members when they are received from the client directly.
- Proactively reach out too and communicate with clients to make sure all their needs are being met. This can include clients that are not active marketing clients, but we do maintain their website.
- Problem-solve complex client-based situations and work with billing if needed.
- Conduct and lead client onboarding and strategy meetings. (May include sales rep and and team members with specialized knowledge when necessary.
- Help educate clients on services they have signed up for and develop effective strategies utilizing those services.
- Send individual monthly marketing reports to high value clients.
- Conduct monthly client meetings with predetermined clients to maintain relations and discuss changes to marketing strategy when necessary.
- Review campaigns to ensure all tasks were completed and campaign matches the strategy that is supposed to be executed.
- Communicate with clients when campaigns are ready for launch, launched, and when strategy changes are complete.
- Setup reporting for new monthly clients as a part of their onboarding.
- Actively monitor client campaigns to make sure we are achieving the desired result. Discuss changes that may be needed to improve results on an ongoing basis with team. If changes are needed assign tasks.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing strategies and changes in the industry.
- Upsell clients on additional services that match the client's goals. By actively communicating with clients and understanding their marketing goals you can be proactive and make suggestions as to what additional services we offer that would be a natural fit for them. (Examples include raising the PPC (Pay Per Click) budget so we can run an additional campaigns or adding Programmatic advertising to reach more people, or a redesign of their website)

- Someone who is already plugged into the business community is a big plus.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- We are looking for the right personality and a strong work ethic. Someone who is a good communicator and has a desire to help businesses succeed, not just sell a product to someone.
Income and Benefits:
